Instructions:
Please email LightPointe the site survey information (distance, installation details, coordinates/locations, required availability) before placing your order with LightPointe or our authorized channel partner (e.g., distributor, reseller, integrator). A LightPointe expert/employee will evaluate the information provided by your orgainzation or the installer, provide comment, then final link approval/LightPointe certification in writing/email.
If the point-to-point bridge does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days after our link approval/certification, we'll provide a replacement link or refund your money (your choice) within 30 days of our acceptance of the returned goods to LightPointe or our authorized channel partner, depending upon where the products originally came from. Goods must be in as-new condition (no scratches or other damage). An RMA (return material authorization) will be required prior to returning the equipment.
LightPointe reserves the right to adjust or terminate this offer/program at any time, without prior notification. For more information, please email your sales representative. Offer might not be offered by all LightPointe channel partners. Please check with your channel partner or a LightPointe sales representative. Customer is responsible for equipment removal by a highly qualified installer, all safety considerations and liabilities/insurance associated with the removal, proper packaging and insured shipment back to LightPointe or the channel partner.
