LightPointe Certified Partners are the highest level of Partners selling direct to the end-user. Certified Partners have sent at least 1 person to an Authorized LightPointe training session. These training sessions can either be on-site at your location (minimum 5 people) or at the LightPointe training facility in San Diego, California. There may be a nominal fee taken on a case-by-case basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• LightPointe Certified Partners must be able to provide Tier 1 Support for the end-users
• Certified Partners have sent at least 1 employee or consultant to an Authorized LightPointe training session.
• Must have a clear understanding of the benefit of LightPointe over its’ competitors

• Special Promotions for Certified Partners only
• Access to LightPointe Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, and engineering teams are available to assist you either via the phone or in person to help you win deals

All companies who wish to sell LightPointe products must be a Registered Partner. This is the simplest form of the LightPointe Channel program and is perfect for those companies looking to sell LightPointe without a commitment toward LightPointe.

REQUIREMENTS

• LightPointe Registered Partners must be able to provide Tier 1 Support
• Basic understanding of the Optical Wireless industry
• Have a customer interested in Free-Space Optics and the LightPointe product line
